Bill will be moderating two Social Media (SM) Bootcamp Panels at the 2011 Harvard Social Media Bootcamp. The first explores what professionals should focus on in leveraging SM for Career and Personal Branding. The panel members include leaders from the fields of Executive Search, Talent management, Linked In and Executive Coaching. The second panel dissects SM and Customer Engagement. Panel members include senior executives from Google, Facebook, Skype, Expedia and specialist marketing consulting firms.
